Ingredient
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp cornstarch solution
- 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 20 g (little tamarind paste juice)
- 4 medium Onions
- 2 garlic
- 1 tsp dried prawns
- 6 dry red chilly (soak)
- 1 sliced fresh red chilly
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp chicken granules
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok bring dried chilly to fry follow by dried prawns, fresh chilly onion garlic till fragrant.
- Add in seasoning and 300 ml water combine well allow it to simmer
- Add in egg one by one without breaking them and close the wok's lid
- Allow them to simmer that would normally take roughly around 8-10 min.
- Add in cornstarch solution for thickening the gravy.
- Taste as per own preference.
- Dish up and serve.
