TELUR BERLADA





Telur berlada

Ingredient
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp cornstarch solution 
  • 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 20 g (little tamarind paste juice)
Ingredient A
  • 4 medium Onions
  • 2 garlic 
  • 1 tsp dried prawns
  • 6 dry red chilly (soak)
  • 1 sliced fresh red chilly 
Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp chicken granules 
Direction
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok bring dried chilly to fry follow by dried prawns, fresh chilly onion garlic till fragrant.
  • Add in seasoning  and 300 ml water combine well allow it to simmer
  • Add in egg one by one  without breaking them and close the wok's lid 
  • Allow them to simmer that would normally take roughly around 8-10 min.
  • Add in cornstarch solution for thickening the gravy. 
  • Taste as per own preference. 
  • Dish up and serve.
