Sweet potato Fatt Gao
- Ingredient A
- 30 ml warm water
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 5 g sugar
- 15 g flour
- Ingredient B
- 120 g mash sweet potato
- 100 ml coconut milk (30 g kara brand coconut + 70 ml water )
- 150 g Wheat flour
- 90 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp double action baking powder
- 1 egg ( Grade A)
- Mixed Ingredient A well combine and set aside for 30 minutes to proof
- Combine Ingredient B and A mixed well. Set aside for another 30 minutes or double
- Pour about 90% batter into a small cupcake mold and steam for 20 - 25 min
- Remove the fa Gao onto a rack for cooling down.
