Steamed Minced Pork
Ingredient A
150 g minced pork with fat
1 tsp chicken stock granules
1 tsp light soy sauce
Seasoning
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp shaoxing wine
1/2 cup water
2 cm thinly sliced ginger
Ganishing
2 cms thinly sliced ginger
Spring Onion
Direction
Mixed ingredient A in a plate add seasoning and sprinkle ginger .
Steamed in the preheated steamer at high heat for 10-12 minutes until cook through.
Remove from heat and Serve hot
