ROASTED 5 SPICES CHICKEN















Ingredient to blend 
1 small onion
4 garlic
3 cm ginger

Seasoning sauce
2 tsp 5 spices powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chicken granules
1 piece Nam Yu (Fermented red bean curd)

Direction 
Combine all blended and seasoning 
Rub seasoning on inside out chicken and set aside overnight in fridge. Bring out from fridge the next morning and leave at room temperature before roasting at 180-200 c for estimate one hour.
Keep on flipping and turn to ensure beautiful and even roast.

Add in 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
