AROMA PANDAN CHICKEN





Marinate this for at least 4 hours 





PANDAN CHICKEN 

INGREDIENTS 
400 g Chicken breast fillet
10 Pandan leaves (for wrapping chicken fillet)

Ingredient to be grounded
8 shallot
3 garlic
1 inch turmeric
1 inch ginger

Seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1⁄2 tsp pepper

Direction 

1) Cut chicken breast meat into small chunk. 

2) Marinate chicken with ground ingredient and seasoning.
    Set aside for 4 hours.

3)Wrap two pieces of chicken with a pandan leaves just cover most of it tightly       by wrapping vertical and horizontal to make sure the juices stay inside as much     as possible.

4) Deep-fry pandan-wrapped chicken in hot oil until chicken is cooked.
5) Served hot.
