NESTUM CEREAL BUTTER PRAWNS

 



 I am using Nestum Original for making my cereal  mixed.
Use 60 g Nestum original and stir fried in a wok till slightly crispy and not to burn it. It is easily fast to burn.

Coat prawns with a pinch of salt, a few dashes of white pepper and coat them with tapioca flour and set aside for 10 minutes before frying.


















Ingredient A: For Cereal mix


60 g  Nestum cereal (original flavor)
1-2 tbsp coffeemate
1 tbsp sugar 
1/2 tsp salt

Method

 Heat up a wok low heat stir fried cereal mix thoroughly till lightly brown. Set aside.

Ingredient B :Frying prawns 
10 pieces big size prawns 
( Trim, devein, wash, and pat dry thoroughly)

1 tsp salt
4 tbsp tapioca flour
4 dashes white pepper 

Method

Sprinkle prawns with salt, white pepper and tapioca flour mix thoroughly till well coated.
Setting aside for 10 minutes before frying will allow the flour to be absorbed by the prawn.
Deep-fry in prawns till golden brown. 
Drain and set aside.

Ingredient C : frying prawns with butter
30 g butter ( farmcow)
4-5 sprigs curry leaves

Method
Heat butter till disolved add in curry leaves, fry over medium heat till fragrant.
Add in prawns and cereal mixed stir well over medium heat till all well mixed .
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Drizzle extra cereal mixed on the prawns.
Plate and served
