GRILL CHICKEN WINGS
























Ingredients
8-10 large chicken wings 

Seasoning sauce
1  tbsp  Chinese wine (Shaoxing wine) 

2  tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chicken stock granules
2 -3 tbsp honey for glazing

Direction 
Combine all the ingredients (seasoning )  and marinate the chicken wings 
I kept them in a zip lock back for 6-8  hours to marinate
Flip the zip lock bag, around once every 2 hours 

Ready to grill in oven 
You will notice there are some seasoning water in the marinated chicken wing..discard them away just leaving the chicken wing to drain for another 1 hour to dry the left over seasoning water away. 
Grill it on chicken wing until golden brown at 200c  for about 20 mins.Turn and flip around to ensure all rounder..grill...beautifully.
Bring out from the oven and brush some honey continue to bake 5 minute till beautifully charred.
