Spinach.... When you eat spinach you will absorb higher levels of vitamins A and E, protein, fiber, zinc, thiamin, calcium, and iron. I fried my spinach in so simple way ..with added garlic. Easy and fast.
Ingredient 1/2 kg Spinach
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Direction
In a wok heat up 4 tbsp oil, add garlic saute till fragrant.
Add in spinach. Keep frying add in seasoning and add estimated 200 ml
Allow it to simmer until slightly drier and dish up
