Ingredient
1 pc soft toufu (deep fried)
6 tbsp oil. ( for frying shallots)
6-9 shallots( deep fried)
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
Seasoning
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp salted bean paste
1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
1 tbsp sugar
150 ml water
Direction
1. Fried soft toufu set aside
2. Heat up 6 tbsp oil, saute shallots until fragrant and crispy set aside.
3. Remove and leave 2 tbsp remaining oil in the wok..pour seasoning stir fried allow it to simmer. add in spring onion and add toufu.
Sprinkle half crispy shallots and stir well.
4. Dish up and sprinkle the balance crispy shallots and served hot.
Note:
Taste Salt and sweetness according to own preference.
