SHARK FISH WITH SALTED BEAN PASTE

Ingredient 

1/2 shark fish 

2 medium round onion
4 garlic
3 green chilli
1 tsp salted bean paste

1 /2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2  tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar

1 tsp cornstarch solution 

coriander leaf for decoration 

Direction 
  • In a wok add some 4 tbsp oil. saute onion, garlic, chilli and salted bean paste until fragrant.
  • Add 200 ml water,  wait to slightly boil then add in shark fish  and add seasoning.
  • Simmer  in low heat until the gravy lightly thicken and taste salty and sweetness according to own preference 
  • Sprinkle coriander leaf and ready to dish up.
