FRIED SOFT TOUFU WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE




SOFT TOUFU WITH MUSHROOM 

2 piece soft tofu ( cut into 6  cubes )
Deep fried and set aside

5 Dried Shiitake Mushroom (need to soak till soften)
Oyster mushroom
Carrots
Spring onion for garnishing

Ingredient
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 cm sliced ginger
1 tbsp tauchu paste

Seasoning

1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken granules
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp shaoxing wine
3/4 cup water

cornstarch solution ( for thickening)

Instruction 
Heat up wok add in cooking oil  and deep fry tofu till brown.
Then dish out the tofu and set aside.

In a wok add some oil sau
te ginger, garlic and tau cheo, add in mushroom and carrots
And then add in seasoning.  keep stirring gently until mushroom and carrots soften
Add in deep fried tofu and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes add in spring onion then cornstarch solution for thickening .

Dish is ready to be dish up
