Ingredient
30 pieces ambarella fruit
5 tbsp sugar
3 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp salt
Method
Peel the skin and cut into slices. Put them in a mixing bowl.
Add 2 tsp of salt rub evenly onto the fruits. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Wash off the salt with water and strain dry the fruits. Let it dry for about 1 hour.
When they are dry, I would use a kitchen towel and pad them till fully dry again.
In a mixing bowl add ambra fruit to 5 tbsp sugar 3 tsp white inegar mixed well.
Let it sit for 30 minutes before jar.
When sugar is dissolved, bottle them into jar. Keep refrigerated all time.
Note: (adjust according to own preference)
Add sugar if it is too salty
Add salt if it is not salty enough
