FRIED CRISPY CHICKEN







Season chicken thigh with seasoning 


Refer Ingredient B for flour







 After 2-3 hours coat chicken thigh with flour (refer Ingredient B)set aside for 15-20 minutes to allow the flour penetrate into the chicken.



Beat one eggs lightly coat chicken thigh lightly all round











Coat chicken thigh with flour again for the second time.



Set aside for another 15-20 minutes to allow flour to penetrate into the chicken 


FRIED CHICKEN 
Ingredient A

5 chicken thigh
1 egg  (lightly beaten )

Ingredient B

180 g Wheat flour 
20 g cornstarch 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp chicken granules stock 
4-5 dashes of white pepper

Seasoning 

3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar 
1/2 tsp salt 
2 tsbp chicken granules.
