FRIED CRISPY BANANA PISANG RAJA -2









Crispy Deep-Fried Banana Fritters Recipe 

Ingredients A:

4 ripe bananas 

Ingredient A
120 g  Wheat flour
20 g rice flour 
1 tsp salt
200 g water
50 g butter 
½ tsp baking powder 
    
Instructions:
  • Bananas to be peeled and slice in halves. Personally I like banana      fritters that are serve this way. Combined all ingredient A mixed well  until no visible lumps.
  • Note 
  • Best to add water slowly and monitor the consistency, adding more water if required
  • Set aside to rest for 1/2 hours 
  • Dip banana pieces in the batter and leave for about 5 minutes before   frying and deep fried until golden brown.
  • Place the cook banana fritters on a paper towels to absorb any excess oil before serving.
  • Let it cool on cooling rack before serving.
