INGREDIENTS
1 Jelly powder (Follow below grams usage)
3 fresh mango
200 ml fresh coconut santan
Coconut layer (2 times for 2nd and 4th layer)
150 ml water + 100 ml coconut santan + 5 g jelly powder + 20 g sugar + a pinch of salt
Mango layer (2 times for 1st and last layer)
250 ml water + 150 g fresh blended mango + 5g jelly powder + 20g sugar
Fruit Layer (1 time Center Mango layer)
250 ml water + 5 g jelly powder + 20 g sugar

I am using 18cm x 13cm (loaf pan)
