Crispy Deep-Fried Banana Fritters Recipe
Ingredients A:
8 ripe bananas ( I used Pisang Awak)
Ingredient A
120 g Wheat flour
20 g corn flour
1 tsp salt
200 g water
50 g butter
½ tsp baking powder
Instructions:
- Bananas to be peeled and slice in halves. Personally I like banana fritters that are serve this way. Combined all ingredient A mixed well until no visible lumps.
- Note
- Best to add water slowly and monitor the consistency, adding more water if required
- Set aside to rest for 1/2 hours
- Dip banana pieces in the batter and leave for about 5 minutes before frying and deep fried until golden brown.
- Place the cook banana fritters on a paper towels to absorb any excess oil before serving.
- Let it cool on cooling rack before serving.
