WHOLEMEAL CHAR SIEW BUN








































Wholemeal Char Siew buns
Ingredient

Pau flour 300gm
Wholemeal bread flour 100gm
Low G1 flour 20gm
Sugar 5 tablespoon
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tsp shortening
1 tsp baking powder
180 ml warm water + 2 scope of Dutch lady powder milk (any other brand milk powder will be fine)

Method 

1 )Mixed all the above ingredients in a mixer for 20 minutes till become a dough.
2) Hand knead it till non sticky dough ( I knead estimated 200times) then leave aside to proof for est 10minutes
3) Divide the dough 60gm each .shape and add the fillings ..set aside to proof till double the size estimate 1 hour.
4) bake in oven for 30-40 minutes
