Method.
Wash baby /small squid and add in and marinate 4 tbsp of Gaik Heoh ready sweet and sour sauce sos ulam.
Bring to a steamer to steam for 10-15 minutes
Mixed sweet and sour sauce sos ulam.
In a small bowl add and mixed in 6-7 tables sweet sour sauce add chopped cilantro , 4 tbsp calamansi juice blend well and set aside.
Once the steam squid is ready , ensure to remove excess steamed water from ready steam squid we don't want that liquid.
Add in blend the mixed sweet sour sauce, sprinkle spring onion leaves Dish and best serve hot.
