STEAMED SUI MAI MINCE MEAT CUPS














Filling ingredients are as posted below ( I use 200g minced meat)
Makes 9 pieces exactly fit to my  muffin tray

Mixed and blend them together with below seasoning
1 tsp chicken stock granules
2 tsp pepper 
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp sugar 
1 tbsp cornstarch

Leave aside to marinate for 1/2 hour

Ready to be wrap in a Sui Mai wrapper

Layer Sui Mai wrapper and scope minced meat into each wrapper.











Bring water to boil to a wok and steamed muffin tray for 15-20 minutes boil















Ready after steaming as below
