KUEH ROSE OR LOYANG

   












Ingredients
80 g Rice flour
20 g Wheat  flour
15 g corn flour 

1 egg  
70 g Sugar 
A pinch salt
1/2 tsp kapur
130 g Coconut milk = (25g  coconut packet + 130g water )

500 ml Oil (for deep-frying)

Methods 

In a bowl sieve  rice flour, wheat flour and cornflour,  combine and set aside.

In another mixing bowl, combine 1 egg, sugar, coconut milk and salt.
Pour flour mixture into the batter and keep stir until no lumps.

Heat up oil in a pot.

Coat bee hives cookies mould with hot oil until hot then dip it into the batter and place into the hot oil.

Hold the mould in the oil for 1 minute before lightly shaking it to detach the bee hives cookies from the mould.

Turn or flip  the bee hives cookies around and cook till golden in colour.
Transfer to a wire rack to drain off access oil. 
Keep it in a air tight container.
